ƒ/stop Fitzgerald's Public House was started over the summer of 2009. Billed as "Salem's Smallest Pub", it has lived up to that moniker. The pub seats 24 people comfortably, but still tight enough that interaction is not only encouraged, but necessary at times. Featuring local brews and wines as well as favorites from outside the immediate area, ƒ/stop Fitzgerald's Public House is a pub made for the local clientele. To the right you can see the beers and wines that we're carrying right now. But, it's always subject to change. The pub also has a presence on the Social Media websites. on the f/cam page you can see our Facebook stream, as well as follow us on Twitter! The pub has constant Free Wi-Fi, so come in, log on, and surf the web to your heart's content! All the while tasting some great beer & wines. No matter where you look, you won't find a pub quite like ƒ/stop Fitzgerald's Public House, or "the ƒ/stop" as its fans refer to it as. From the polished woods, to the antique woods, the pub offers a visual study in woodwork. VISUAL ARTS - The ƒ/stop is also billed as a place for fans of the visual arts. Both present and past. The shelves are filling up with old cameras, lights, books, and props from days before the digital age took over. GAMES - There are games available, if you feel the need to challenge your partner to a rabid game of chess or checkers. From time to time, trivia games are pulled out, and patrons test each others knowledge in all things trivial. TELEVISION - The 46" widescreen TV will be showing old movies, TV shows, or just visual interpretations of the music playing over the sound system. Played at just the right level, too! THEME NIGHTS - From time to time, a theme night will pop up on the schedule. Whether it be a Monty Python night; Family Guy night; The Avengers night; or a special movie night. Maybe a wine night will find representatives of local wineries pouring their favorites, or a brew master showing off their best new beer! You never know what the ƒ/stop might come up with! ƒ/stop Fitzgerald's Public House doesn't have lottery machines or TV's showing non-stop sports. ƒ/stop Fitzgerald's Public House is a comfortable place to come and visit with friends, or meet new people. Theme nights are a great way to meet like-minded folk coming together to chatter on about Monty Python, or sing out loud to Karaoke discs.
